Tri-Level Indexingä
- Custom Organization
 |
Tri-Level
Indexing is a complete custom-designed system to facilitate file access.
Keyguides are used in the primary position for major file breakdowns, and
the secondary position for sub-headings. Individual index labels indicate
the contents of each compartment. |
Choose
from our many different colors for further indexing efficiency. Instant
Index® is available to laser print your labels, or
we'll do it for you.
 |
Keyguides
- Keyguides are 15 gauge vinyl flags that snap between compartments. A
Keyguide used in the first position, or top, guides the user to the main
category. A Keyguide used in the second position, or bottom, breaks the main
topic into sub-categories. They are available in nine different colors to
add flexibility to the system. A package of 15 Keyguides includes a white
self-stick label to place on the front and back of the Keyguide for
customizing.
|
 |
Label
Inserts - Label Inserts comprise the third level of the Workfile
indexing system. They easily slide into the magnified label holder on each
compartment to identify the contents. They are available in 11 different
colors, and may be coordinated with the colors of the Keyguides. The labels
come on sheets of 27, with a different color on each side. |
 |
Magnified Label Holders - Each Workfile compartment comes with
magnified optic label holder steel
riveted to the side. It is designed not
to distort the label when reading it from the side. The optic is
manufactured to allow ease of insertion with no barriers to crumple the
label as it slides in. |
 |
Custom Laser Printing - Your custom index can be factory generated
on index labels. Lists can be e-mailed or faxed.
