How is this accomplished - by storing them vertically instead
of horizontally. As you can see, when media is stored horizontally
on shelves, a lot of "dead air" is stored above. Putting
the media in a vertical position with Workfile Pockets eliminates
this wasted space. Up to 80% of space is saved over
conventional filing methods.
Indexing
is much easier as each Workfile Pocket has a 5" Optic to denote
what's inside! Labels can be laser printed and color-coded.
